Shipping & Returns


BottlesandFoamers may use United Parcel Service(UPS), FedEx  or United States Postal Service to ship all orders. We will not ship larger quantities to P.O. Boxes. All products shipped via UPS are insured and tracked for safe and timely delivery of your order.

Preparing, packaging and UPS Ground Service normally takes 2 - 5 business days to reach certain destinations. We will do our absolute best ensure that your order is shipped the same or next day depending on when your order is received.


Return Policy:

All sales are final with the exception of quality-related returns. Quality related returns will be replaced at no charge with an identical product. Any other return request requires an authorized return number and must be approved by a manager. There will be a minimum of 25% restocking charge for all authorized returns made within 30 days of purchase.

Original shipping charges cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to us.

Quality Commitment: will accept for return any product that is not 100% free from manufacturer defect!

  • All returns require authorization from a customer service representative.
  • will only accept for returning full shipments in original unopened packaging unless approved otherwise within 30 days of original purchase.
  • 25% Restocking charges may apply on approved non-quality-related returns.


Damaged Merchandise Returns:

  • Must be reported within 15 days of delivery via telephone or email.
  • Must be noted on the original freight delivery receipt.
  • Must be held for inspection by freight carrier. at its own discretion may accept the return of excess or unwanted product over 30 days which will be subject to a minimum restocking charge equal to 20% of original invoice price less shipping and handling charges.

All non-quality-related returns must be approved by a BottlesandFoamers company representative and must include a return authorization number on the package in order to receive a refund or credit. We will not be responsible for unauthorized returns and will not guarantee a refund or credit on these items.

All product returns, with the exception of quality-related returns, require pre-payment of all associated freight charges and a return authorization number. There will be no refunds for merchandise over 60 days. cannot and will not accept for return any "SpecialOrder" item that is not part of our day to day product offering. Special order items are items that are ordered specifically for a customer upon request. These items are not part of our day to day operation and typically cannot be resold or returned by us. Therefore, we have a no return policy as it relates to special order items.
